For my GCSE Art in had to do a final piece related to the subject 'Text and Illustration'. I thought of children's books and thought of Alice in Wonderland. Because I want a future in photography I thought that I could do something related to photography and Alice in Wonderland. I shot some pictures of my sister dressed up as Alice as she has the features that Alice has. I got my sister to lean up against a tree reading a book just like Alice did in the book and the film.

This is one of my images from the Alice in Wonderland. This is a shot from when Alice is falling down the rabbit hole that appears in the ground

Again, this was part of my Alice in Wonderland shoot. I shot this picture in our kitchen as we have tiles which was the closet thing I could find to checked tiles that Alice falls on when she falls down the rabbit hole. In the glass bottle is the 'potion' she drinks that makes her shrink and grow.

This was my first project at college. We got split into groups and got given compact cameras and had to shoot as if we were shooting for a fashion blog.

This picture was part of the fashion blogging shoot too, this picture is nice because it has been edited into black and white. When anything is changed into black and white it makes the image look very sophisticated

Another of our college shoots was to try with a DSLR camera that we had been trained on earlier that day. Our aim was to photograph things that were blurred and out of focus, blue objects, portraits and lines. This is one of our blurred images that we took on the DSLR camera (camera that was used Nikon d90)
