Day 2: Compact Camera shoot

On the second day at college we had inductions in the morning but in the afternoon after lunch we got to go off on our own in small groups and do a shoot using a compact camera. It was very unusual using a compact camera because we are all so used to using digital cameras. Our topic was 'Fashion Blogging' in which we had to research how people pose for photos in fashion blogs. Once we had done that we were allowed out into the perimeter of the whole college to find places to shoot. Here are the images we created using the compact cameras:

All of these pictures have been edited to make them look more professional and tidy so that they are suitable for blogs or to be printed out bigger.

I am really happy with how these images have turned out because they look really professinal and the poses look like what you would expect to see on a fashion blog.

I enjoyed this task because I got to work with people that I had never met before yesterday so i could start to get to know them better. I also got the experience of how people work and what ideas they have and what angles they use in order to get good quality and good images.
