Planning a shoot: Stover Country Park

I have been thinking about my idea for my Final Major Project about being on the moors for a whole day to see the transformation over the whole day and I think it's better that I go somewhere that is a little bit closer to my house and that is a little bit more sheltered so that I could go on a day that maybe isn't as nice to get an idea for what I will need to do when I actually go up to the moors.
I have thought about going to Stover as it is a tiny bit closer to my house and is the same sort of environment as I would be photographing on the moors. Stover is also a bit more sheltered than the moors so if it did rain while I was there I would be more sheltered however, I would still have to go on a day that was nice weather as I need to get pictures that actually show the landscape.
For my shoot I will have to do a shoot plan so that I have some guidance of what to do as I'm doing my shoot.
1. Equipment
- Camera (Nikon d90)
- Tripod
I will use a Nikon d90 because it is that camera that I feel most confident in using as I have been trained on how to use it well.
I will use a tripod because I may want to try out some panoramic images again, also by using a tripod it will mean that my horizons should be straight in every one of my images so I won't need to straighten my image as much.
2. Location
- Stover Country Park
I will go to Stover Country Park instead of going to the moors as the moors is a lot more exposed and as I am only test shooting I want to go to somewhere that is a little bit closer to home. Stover is a beautiful location for capturing landscapes.

3. Timing
- All day
I don't think I have a time restriction at Stover Country Park as it is a place to go for long leisurely strolls but it is something that I do need to research before I go there.
4. Models
- No models needed
As my idea doesn't involve any models I will not be required to use any models for my shoot.
5. Assistance
- No assistance required
For my shoot I don't think I will need to have any help to carry anything or to help out as what I am shooting is quite an independent shoot.
6. Post production
- Minimal
Hopefully if my shoot goes to plan and I get the ISO and the White Balance correct on the shoot then I shouldn't need to post process too much. The only thing I would need to edit a bit more would be my panoramics.
I don't think I need to create a lighting diagram for this shoot as I will be using natural lighting and will not be using any models so I don't think a lighting diagram is necessary
I am doing this test shoot because I want to see whether I want to photograph the difference of one place throughout the day or whether I want to go back to the same location several times at different times of the day.
