1. Shoot in the 'Golden Hour'.
The golden hour is the first and last hour in the day that has daylight that is the perfect light to shoot in. The perfect sort of timing for this time of year is 8:30 - 9:30pm.
2. Set camera to aperture priority and then set the aperture to the smallest (f22) the camera will work out the shutter speed.
3. MUST USE A TRIPOD
4. When shutter speed gets below 1/8 of a second and lower (1/4, 1/2 second etc) movement in the water will be captured.
5. Try using a polarizing filter
