Library shoot: Take 2

My shoot didn't turn out very well in the library yesterday because the camera I rented out wasn't working the best it could have done, so I decided that I would rent out a d90 as they were available today so that I could go and re-shoot. Luckily I had the opportunity to shoot again because on all the other shoots we have done we haven't been able to do the shoot again. As I had walked around the library yesterday trying to get the best shots that I could I knew the sort of things I wanted to try and shoot again using the d90 as it is a better camera. I came out with these images:

I am a lot more happy with these pictures as I have shown the contents of the library and the architectual side of the library. A couple of my images look the same because they are of the same object but I have tried to make them look a little bit different.

I shot these images in RAW form and then edited a little of the brightness in Photoshop. I am pleased htat I shot in RAW as the quality is a lot better and makes the images look a lot sharper and more focused. The images look very colourful as the book spines show the different colours off on the bookshelves.
I am glad I went back to redo the shoot because I came out with 100 times better images that the library could potentially be interested in but the ones that I took yesterday would not be to the standard that the library would want at all.
