Today I am going to Plymouth Hoe to do a test shoot of landscapes before I go to the moors to get my final images for my Final Major Project. While I am there I aim to shoot good landscapes with a good straight horizon, I also want to try and get some good panoramic shots and I want to try and use the rule of thirds.
1. Equipment
- Camera (Nikon d90)
-Tripod
I will use a Nikon d90 because it is the camera that I feel most confident in using. I will use a tripod for when I try to shoot my panoramic shots and to try and get a straight horizon, which will help me to avoid much editing.
2. Location
- Plymouth Hoe
I will go to Plymouth Hoe because as I am down in Plymouth today I thought it would be a good opportunity to get out and shoot. Hopefully the weather will be nice when I get down there.
3. Timing
- 1- 2 hours
I will be going with other people and we will be driving down so it is down to how many hours we put on the car but it will probably be between 1-2 hours.
4. Models
-No models needed
As my idea doesn't involve any models I will not be required to use any models for my shoot.
5. Assistance
- No assistance required
For my shoot I don't think I will need to have any help to carry anything or to help out as what I am shooting is quite an independent shoot but as I am going with other people I will have help if I need it.
6. Post production
- Minimal
Hopefully if my shoot goes to plan and I get the ISO and the White Balance correct on the shoot then I shouldn't need to post process too much. The only thing I would need to edit a bit more would be my panoramics.
